Yoga found Katie several years ago while searching for something "more" in life. What she found was more than just another workout program, but a holistic practice of the mind, body and spirit which led to a self transformation. Katie has an appreciation for the wholeness of yoga, and always a student herself, is passionate about sharing the gift of yoga with others. Her classes provide a safe, compassionate, non-competitive space for self discovery.

Meghan Cooney:
Meghan Cooney discovered yoga after a car accident that left her back injured and in constant pain for nearly one year. After countless trips to the massage and physical therapists, both recommended yoga to her as a way to manage her pain. From this point forward, Meghan began to develop a love and passion for what the practice of yoga was doing for her physically, while also gaining from the mental benefits of yoga. She now considers herself a yoga 'junkie' and is living pain-free with a daily practice.

Meghan's approach to yoga is keeping it light hearted and fun. Her classes are a strong, active flow with an emphasis on strengthening and balance postures.

When Meghan isn't making pancakes, her favorite activities include kayaking, photography, and sculpture art.

Teri Daggett:
Teri Daggett is a retreat director, yoga teacher, and fitness enthusiast on Amelia Island . Her extensive background in Health and Recreation led her to the development of her own company, RejuVacations, a holistic retreat business. From the age of 5 years old, Teri has endured a lasting love for motivating and inspiring others to make healthy lifestyle changes through diet and exercise. Yoga came into Teri's life during college and forever transformed her path. Her dreams of opening a fitness center faded and were replaced by a growing passion for promoting a holistic lifestyle. Teri shares her gift of inspiring others to live 'in-spirit' as she encourages them to live simply and to live faithfully. Her classes provide a sacred atmosphere for expressing the body as a prayer through a creative flow of postures and pranayama.
